Oh Christmas Nails
A very simple nail design for Christmas mood.
To start off with, I painted my nails in a Christmas tree colour. I used matte top coat for a soft matte finish. For the accent nail I used clear rhinestones, gold square and star-shaped studs and coated it with a thick layer of glossy fast drying top coat.

Blue and Green Ruffian Manicure

Half Moon Lime and Brown Manicure
For this extremely unusual version of the half-moon manicure (also known as ‘reversed french mani’) I applied two coats of lime nail polish Barbara Daly — Zest. Since my gradient from pale to emerald green came out not very good, I had to cover it with black crackle nail polish by W7. Crackles came out even and fine, that I liked a lot.

Geometric Green and Pink Design
One of my favourite things about the Web is that this is the place where the inspiration comes from. Every time I surf the Internet, I discover more and more talented nail bloggers, but Madeline Poole is one of my favourite ones at all times. She specializes in simple shapes, geometric designs and gradients. Thus, today’s nail design was inspired by one of her most famous manicures. (more…)

Lime and Pink French Manicure with Dots
The reason why I made this design, because I really like the combination of hot pink and lime green. Especially shades by Barbara Daly — Zest and Think Pink work together very well. (more…)

Cute Pastel Dots
Polka dots always look cute on nails, but in combination with pastel nail polishes — cuteness just overloads! You may have already noticed that the design of my website is full of polka dots. I made this in honor of my favourite nail design style. (more…)
