Orange Half Moon Manicure with Blue Rhinestones
Half Moon manicure has always been one of my all time favourites. This time I decided to try out something new colour-wise: I combined saturated orange with metallic shimmer nail polish from Maybelline: Color Show by Colorama — 182 Solar Flare and different size blue and clear rhinestones to outline the edge of the ‘moon’.

Negative Space Hearts Manicure
The Valentine’s Day is coming! This is probably the best time of the year for a lovely heart nail design. The negative space design is a popular nail art trend today. In addition, it is easy to make and some of the ideas can be very creative and original. To create this manicure, I used heart-shaped gold metal flakes, pastel nail polish 415 Instyle Coral by Rimmel 60 Seconds and the nail brush with acetone to create the negative space effect.

Inspired by Madeline Poole I created this manicure, overly stuffed with all kinds of studs, rhinestones, pearls and gold flakes.

Gradient Manicure Showcase
This lovely gradient from fuchsia pink to purple was created with Madeline Poole’s technique. I used W7 — 78 Fuchsia as a base for my gradient. Then I applied Rimmel: 60 Seconds — 810 Blue My Mind to the tips.

Silver Manicure with Black Dots and Floral Stamping
Normally you won’t see me with short nails. Because I broke one, I had to cut them all. So I’m using the opportunity to do nail designs, that I wouldn’t try on long nails. Namely, I’m talking about stamping on the entire surface of the nail. Usually, either the design on the image plate is too small, or the stamper isn’t big enough to cover my nails. That’s why, one of the good things about having short nails is that you can do stamping as much as you want. (more…)
